1. Coco Beach camp

Located just 3 hours of riding from Saigon, Coco Beach campsite in Lagi, Binh Thuan is an ocean hub that packs attractive wilderness, beach huts, bungalows, tents, and a range of interactive games.
Camping is the flagship of the place in which you are going to lounge on the white sand, get your skin tanned, read a book, and hang out with the mix of Western backpackers and young Vietnamese.
2. Cat Tien National Park

When the greens call, Cat Tien National Park is a no-better choice. You’ll be bathing under the tropical heat and inhaling the fresh air under leaf canopies along the hiking trail.
At night time, you’ll find it super comfortable lying under the sky full of stars, listening to the gentle flow of the river, and give yourself a complete break.
3. Dau Tieng Lake

Riding off the west of the city for around 3 hours, you’ll hit Dau Tieng lake. It’s a large calm lake where you can fish, kayak, swim, and camp. The signature the place offers is the outstanding sunset and sunrise scene, which you can witness not only on the shore but also on a dug-out canoe.
You can bring your own tent and camping setup to chill at the massive grassy lawn right next to the lake. And don’t forget to clean up trash before leaving.
4. Chua Chan Mountain

Chua Chan Mountain is the second highest peak in the south, after Ba Den. It is compared as a “mini Da Lat” in Dong Nai province. To reach the top, you’ll need to trek for 3 hours on gentle slopes along the electrical line. There is a pagoda located at the 600m.
The campsite of Chua Chan is basically on the side of the trail. You can find a flat ground near the peak to settle. Under the open sky, you’re able to catch clouds and the freshest air away from urban life.
5. Tan Lap floating village

Only 100km southwest from Saigon, Tan Lap offers overwhelmed greens and water. You can explore the beauty of the Indigo forest through an enchanting pathway or on a boat in the area.
There is a campsite by the river where you can settle down and enjoy the best breeze nature has to give here.
